Ok, by now, you know how much I'm obsessed with Chrissy Teigen and her new cookbook. Cravings: Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat is one of those books that all of your girlfriends should have. Your pals will love browsing the photos within the book. She's hanging out with her hubs, John Legend, stuffing her face full of insanely delicious food, casual banter, yet still looking flawless. 12 Raw Food All About Chocolate Recipes + Coconut Chocolate Mint Smoothie

12 Raw Food All About Chocolate Recipes and Coconut Chocolate Mint Smoothie I love chocolate. Seriously..you don't understand my obsession. I honestly think I have an addiction. This past week, my husband Gregg and I, got a chance to take a holistic cooking class at The Healing Cuisine in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. During this class, we learned a lot about the healing properties in raw foods, while making delicious, good for you fare. One of the recipes was a Coconut Chocolate Mint Smoothie. (recipe below) Sounds sweet? It was, but it was also loaded with lots of nutrients and antioxidants. This class left me thinking about raw foods...and of course desserts. I thought I'd share with you some decadent recipes to satisfy that chocolate craving.

What You'll Need

1 Cup of Coconut Meat 2 Medjool Dates 2-3 Cups of Coconut Water 1 tablespoon Cacao Mint leaves

What You'll Need To Know

Wash and chop your produce and put it all in the Vitamix or high-powered blender. Blend on high until it’s smooth and enjoy. Usually 30 seconds or less in a good blender will do. If you don’t have a Vitamix then try adding more liquid and less ingredients to your smoothie so you don’t get stuck with a chunky smoothie.
